Lehem Network International (LNI) is a global ministry network headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. This privacy policy applies to the website located at lni.netlify.app and any associated digital services operated by LNI Global.

For the purposes of data protection law, LNI Global is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

Country and city — so we can match you with the correct LNI network in your area
Phone number — only if you choose to provide it on the Pioneer Interest form
Testimony text — if you submit a testimony, which may be displayed publicly on the website
Prayer requests — submitted through the prayer request form, stored securely
Ministry background — only on the Pioneer form, and only if you choose to share it

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or any sensitive personal data.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used only for the following purposes:

To connect you with your nearest LNI network and its leader
To follow up on your registration, pioneer interest, or enquiry
To display approved testimonies on the global live feed (only testimony text — your name is optional and displayed only if you provide it)
To send you relevant communications about LNI networks, events, and teachings — only if you have engaged with us through a form
To notify our team of new form submissions so we can respond promptly

We will never use your data to send unrelated marketing, spam, or third-party promotions.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a secure cloud database service operated by Google LLC. Firebase is compliant with GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 1/2/3 standards. Your data may be stored on servers located in Europe or the United States depending on Firebase's infrastructure.

Form notification emails are processed through Web3Forms, a secure email relay service. These emails are not stored permanently by Web3Forms — they are forwarded directly to our team's inbox.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, including database security rules that restrict read/write access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

With your local LNI network leader — when you register to join a specific network, the network leader may receive your name and email so they can welcome you
With Google (Firebase) — as the infrastructure provider for our database, as described above
If required by law — if we are legally compelled to disclose information by a court or regulatory authority
